Samsung has officially announced that the launch of its new Galaxy S smartphones will take place later this month at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The renowned tech company will hold its annual showcase in San Francisco on February 25.
The unveiling is expected to reveal the latest Samsung Galaxy S26 series, comprising the standard S26, the S26 Plus, and the S26 Ultra. Those interested in watching the event live can do so on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT.
In anticipation of the event, Samsung is offering incentives to those who register early. By signing up, fans can receive a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage when pre-ordering a new phone, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung’s recent announcement of Galaxy Unpacked highlighted the new smartphones’ focus on enhancing daily tasks through integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. The company emphasized that the upcoming Galaxy S series represents a significant advancement in the era of AI.
As retailers gear up for the new launch, discounts on the current Samsung Galaxy S25 range are being offered. For example, Sky Mobile has reduced the monthly cost of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, providing a savings of £432. However, customers should note that a 36-month contract is required for these prices, and the plan includes a 100MB data allowance.
Additionally, Amazon is offering a 20% discount on select models of the standard S25 and S25 Ultra for outright purchases. Prices have dropped to £639.20 and £999.20, respectively, from the original prices of £799 and £1,249. This deal is available until February 24 or while stocks last.
