According to an eyewitness, a van detonated in Crewe, with their brother at the scene witnessing the smoke. Another witness mentioned hearing a loud bang and seeing a camper van engulfed in flames, although it appears the fire has been extinguished since then.
The smoke was sighted rising above Alexandra’s Mornflake Stadium on Gresty Road, where Crewe is currently engaged in a match against Harrogate Town this afternoon, as reported by StokeonTrentLive.
