Securing the leading position is SAP, a software engineering company that compensates senior-level account executives with £57,000 to £89,000. SAP received accolades for its flexible schedules, generous vacation allowances, cutting-edge technology, and focus on work-life balance.
Mastercard claimed the second spot, lauded for its diverse workforce, exceptional benefits, and embrace of a flexible remote work culture. The managerial roles at Mastercard command salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.
Google, positioned third, offers software engineers salaries between £70,000 and £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive pay, innovative technology, adaptable work-life equilibrium, and opportunities for career advancement.
