Sky TV users are in for a disappointment as one of their recently launched products, Sky Live, is set to be discontinued starting next month. Sky Live, introduced in 2023 as an innovative entertainment device for TV users, will be deactivated on December 4. This interactive accessory, designed to enhance the viewing experience on Sky’s Glass TV, offers various features like interactive games such as Fruit Ninja and Stingray Karaoke, as well as fitness monitoring capabilities.

Despite its promising features, Sky Live has not gained the expected popularity, leading to its upcoming shutdown. However, Sky assures its customers that games like Who Wants To Be A Millionaire will still be available without the need for an additional subscription. A spokesperson for Sky emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation and mentioned that valuable insights gained from Sky Live will shape future product development.

Affected users will be notified via email this week regarding the discontinuation of Sky Live. They will also be offered refunds and a convenient return process with free postage for the product. Sky’s focus remains on enhancing customer experience with faster, more user-friendly products, premium content, and excellent service.
