Coronation Street veteran Jack P Shepherd received a wave of good wishes as his spouse, Hanni, shared an update on their life. Jack, who started on the ITV soap at the age of 12, has portrayed the character David Platt since 2000, being involved in various intense storylines over the years. In recent Corrie episodes, David was part of a major crash during the Emmerdale crossover, resulting in his daughter’s premature birth and need for urgent surgery. Outside of the show, Jack and Hanni lead a peaceful life together.
The couple got married in a beautiful ceremony in Manchester last summer, following Jack’s romantic proposal to Hanni during a safari holiday a year earlier. Hanni recently celebrated Jack’s 38th birthday by posting a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, featuring a lovely black and white photo from their wedding day. Jack, with a large following on Instagram, shared the post with his fans.
