The lineup for Season 35 of the popular show “Dancing With The Stars” has been officially revealed, featuring a diverse group of celebrities ready to trade their usual roles for a chance at winning the mirror-ball trophy.
Before the announcement on “Good Morning America,” several cast members had already been confirmed, including Maura Higgins, Ciara Miller, Jackson Olson, and Guillermo Rodriguez. The roster expanded with twelve more stars during the show, such as Julia Stiles and Jenna Dewan, adding to the excitement of the upcoming season.
From Hollywood heavyweights to social media personalities, an Olympian, a Paralympian, and even a baseball player from the Savannah Bananas, the ballroom is set to be a bustling place this season. The show will premiere with a double episode on Sept. 15 and 16 on Disney+ in Canada.
The full cast has been paired with professional dancers, including Tatyana Ali with Jan Ravnik, Tyler Cameron with Sharna Burgess, Giada De Laurentiis with Alan Bersten, and many others who are gearing up for the dance floor challenge.
Fans have shared mixed opinions on social media about the lineup, especially regarding Jenna Dewan’s extensive dance background and Harry Shum Jr.’s prior dance experience. Some fans expressed excitement about certain pairings, with Julia Stiles receiving particular praise for her upcoming performance.
This season will introduce Adele Zaikman, the winner of “Dancing With The Stars: The Next Pro,” as a new addition to the professional lineup. Additionally, Hailey Bills will step up from being a troupe member in the previous season to a pro dancer, marking the start of a potential family rivalry with her aunt, Jenna Johnson, who is married to Val Chmerkovskiy.
