A social media user shared the picture, cautioning against using a butt plug during an MRI appointment. The user claimed that the sex toy was pulled through the patient’s body into their chest cavity, resulting in major injuries but survival. MRI scanners utilize strong magnets to create detailed internal images for diagnostic and treatment purposes, prompting radiographers to check for metal objects before scans.
