Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially completed their divorce proceedings, just over three months after Nicole initiated the process. The 58-year-old actress and 57-year-old musician have swiftly reached a settlement, agreeing to divide their extensive property portfolio, estimated at approximately $282 million (£210 million). The resolution took place in a Nashville court.
Nicole will retain primary custody of their daughters, Sunday (17) and Faith (15), with no stipulated monthly child support from Keith. Both parties have also agreed not to provide spousal support. Nicole plans to have the children for 306 days per year, while Keith will have them for 59 days annually, essentially every other weekend.
Legal documents obtained by US Weekly detailed a parenting arrangement mutually accepted by Nicole and Keith in early September. The agreement includes provisions for positive communication and encourages the children to maintain relationships with both parents and extended family members.
Moreover, according to reports from the Daily Mail, the couple’s real estate assets will be equitably divided to satisfy both parties, with each retaining ownership of their current properties. Nicole and Keith jointly own various properties, including a luxury duplex in Manhattan, a residence in Beverly Hills, a mansion in Nashville, and an estate in Australia’s Southern Highlands.
The decision to end their 19-year marriage was made public in September 2025, citing the strain caused by their busy professional lives and a lack of intimacy. Speculation arose about a potential reconciliation, given the history and deep connection between the two, but their current status as a couple is unclear.
Public signs of tension between Nicole and Keith surfaced in recent months, as they have not been seen together publicly since the beginning of the year. Additionally, Urban abruptly concluded a radio interview in July following a query about Kidman’s acting roles, adding to the speculation surrounding their relationship.
In a Zoom interview with Australia’s Mix 102.3 radio show, hosts mentioned Kidman’s recent film appearances, prompting an awkward moment when the connection was mysteriously lost after a question about her on-screen chemistry with other actors. This incident further fueled intrigue about the dynamics between Keith and Nicole.
