Jesse Wood, the 49-year-old musician and son of music icon Ronnie Wood, revealed in court that he is struggling financially, living off his life savings and facing difficulties in securing employment since his split from Fearne Cotton over a year ago. His appearance in court was related to a speeding offense where he was caught driving at 27mph in a 20mph zone in West London last April.
Having two children with Fearne, Jesse also mentioned his two older children from a previous relationship while expressing his challenges in finding work. He admitted responsibility for his actions, acknowledging that this was his fourth recorded speeding offense, with a history of similar offenses in the past year.
As a result of the recent incident, Jesse received a six-month driving ban and was fined £255, reduced to £89 for pleading guilty. In addition, he was directed to pay a surcharge of £36 and contribute £130 towards court costs. Despite the legal issues, Jesse has moved on romantically and is now dating Gemma Gregory, a former Made In Chelsea star.
Fearne, on the other hand, announced their separation on social media in December 2024 after ten years of marriage. She is currently in a relationship with Rivals director Elliot Hegarty, as per reports of them sharing a kiss in Soho last February. Fearne emphasized their commitment to co-parenting their children and requested privacy during this time of transition.
