Danica Moore has been without contact with her 14-year-old daughter Peyton Flett since the evening of June 14th. According to Moore, Flett left with her grandmother that night to stay over with her aunts. The most recent known sighting of Flett occurred in Prince Albert, specifically between June 16th and 17th near John Diefenbaker School and the intersection of Marquis Road and Central Avenue.

During this time, Flett was dressed in a grey and red hoodie, blue Christmas-themed pajama pants, and had a black fanny pack. Described as Indigenous, she stands around five-foot-four, weighs approximately 115 pounds, and possesses black/reddish hair with brown eyes.

Moore expressed her longing for Flett to return home, assuring her daughter that she is always welcomed and loved, regardless of any fears she may harbor about coming back. The police urge anyone with information about Flett’s whereabouts or the circumstances of her disappearance to reach out, emphasizing the importance of sharing even seemingly trivial details to aid in the search efforts.

The major crimes unit is actively involved in investigating Flett’s case due to her age, the elapsed time since her disappearance, and the surrounding circumstances. Inspector Lisa Simonson stressed the unit’s specialized expertise in handling complex cases, including missing persons investigations.

Moore has been tirelessly searching for her daughter, reaching out on social media for assistance and organizing search parties to cover as much ground as possible. She fondly described Flett as a gentle individual who finds joy in drawing and spending time with her siblings, expressing the family’s deep longing for her return.

With Flett’s 15th birthday approaching on August 19th, Moore hopes for her safe return to celebrate with her loved ones, highlighting the void felt in the family’s life in Flett’s absence.
