Virgin Media is offering a complimentary upgrade to all its internet users through a new service named Smart Support. This round-the-clock assistance is designed to ensure uninterrupted connectivity for customers by promptly addressing any speed or connection issues detected. The system can even perform remote fixes overnight to minimize disruptions during the day.
Smart Support is equipped to recommend necessary upgrades, such as WiFi Pods or Hub enhancements, if a customer’s home network requires it. Additionally, users facing severe problems have the option to schedule an engineer visit at no additional cost.
Gareth Lister, the Director of Connectivity at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the importance of reliable connectivity and the network’s ability to swiftly resolve issues. The company has confirmed that Smart Support will be made available to all customers without any extra charges.
