EE introduces new SIM plans to address the growing concern of data depletion among its customers. The latest pay-as-you-go SIMs come with a complimentary feature called “Data Parachute,” providing users with 1GB of free data if they unexpectedly run out.
According to EE, the “Data Parachute” feature aims to keep customers connected, whether for communication with friends and family or navigation using Maps, offering a buffer until they can recharge their data.
Starting at £10 per month, these new plans offer additional perks such as data rollover, which carries over unused data to the next month, and free data boosts that increase customers’ data allowances.
In addition, EE pay-as-you-go customers gain access to the 5G network, promising enhanced performance and faster speeds.
The pricing for the new plans is as follows:

– £15 for 75GB
– £20 for 150GB
– £30 for 200GB
– £35 for Unlimited
While other providers may not offer a feature like Data Parachute, alternative competitive deals are available in the market. For instance, SMARTY offers 80GB for £8 per month or Unlimited for £20, and Giffgaff provides 75GB for £10 per month and 60GB for £13.
